Starting March 10th 2010, The Midwest Internet
Subsidiary Site will be the primary retail site.
Missouri Agents prior to Dec 1st 2009 will be merged to
new site.

TO THE NEW DOMAINS FOR CUSTOMERS TO EASILY ACCESS HELP.
New Customer Portal Site : www.mwcc.us will be live on
or before March 10, 2010.
New Customer Support Site: www.supportzone.us
will be live before March 10th.
SupportZone will replace dialupcenter.com. We felt
the need to change the name since we now offer more than
dialup. mwcc.us will be pointed to mtgweb.net.
Customers will be able to use either domain, and new
agents and signups after March 10th, will use this realm
by default.
*Customers from Previously Acquired DialStream/MissouriCom/Midwest
Internet accounts will have a $1 increase due to new
pricing passed on from carriers Effective on April billing
cycle. Midwest Internet Customers in
Missouri will be marked to the new retail rate of $17.95
per month. This is due to an increase in our overall
costs since our last review in January 2008. All
accounts started in 2010 have already reflected the price
increase, and will not be raised.
We have migrated to the new
call center. We are currently in the process of
developing a new "Chain of Command" and ways to enhance
the end-users customer service experience.
The new support center will be
implemented to eliminate the need for live phone support
in the main office. Customers should be provided the
direct toll-free number to the call center, as provided on
all promotional material. All customers under a
brand that included phone support would be automatically
merged into the system.
All agents that were not
included in our program before the 2007 merger was
completed, will now be able to use MTG Internet service.
We will be conducting follow-ups and updating our database
during the open registration period.
We have updated our SRP Agent
program requirements, and increased the margins to handle
current market rates. Agent recruitment period
for new agents has been extended and will run from Feb 1st
through April 15th. For more info about our

open recruitment period, the parent company site will cease to
take new agents unless referred by a partner, or initiated
by MTG.
The Google APPS integration
has been postponed until QTR 4 2010 to allow for new
coverage integration and adjustment period for new agent
campaign taking place in QTRS 1-2.
